Αποφασίζεις πότε, που και πώς. Δεν ανταγωνίζεσαι άλλους δρομείς, αλλά κάνεις έναν αγώνα με τον εαυτό σου. Φτάνεις στα όριά σου για να δεις για τι είσαι ικανός, για να ανακαλύψεις πόσο γρήγορα μπορείς να ολοκληρώσεις την απόσταση. Μπορείς, ακόμα, να ορίσεις ένα ρεκόρ ταχύτητας, εμπνέοντας και άλλους να ακολουθήσουν τα βήματά σου και ενθαρρύνοντάς τους να ανεβάζουν συνεχώς τον πήχη του τι μπορεί κάποιος να καταφέρει

Today I start The Piestewa Challenge to celebrate

Today I start The Piestewa Challenge to celebrate women in service and together with my team mates lead by @lisa.a.hallett in the RunHonorBelong Team we will attempt to run 174 miles in 7 days to honor the 174 women who have given their lives in our continued combat operations around the globe.

This event is named in honor of Army SPC Lori Ann Piestewa. SPC Piestewa is the first Native American service member to be killed in combat on foreign soil, as well as the first female service member killed in Iraq.
